Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled, you may file a counter-notification with Summer Punch Recipe. Please be aware that you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that content is not infringing the copyright of others.

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Summer Punch Recipe will promptly forward a copy to the person who submitted the original DMCA Takedown Notice.
